Quality & Traceability

Strict Farm-to-Vessel Standards Guaranteeing International Food Safety Compliance

Our 4-Stage Quality Framework

Click on any stage below to visualize our procurement and preparation sequence. We verify compliance at every step.

01

Farm Selection

Sourcing from certified fields with tested soils and crop hygiene management.

02

Grading & Sorting

Strict cleaning and dimensional sorting in specialized packaging warehouses.

03

Cold Chain Packing

Pre-cooling, moisture-reduction, and vacuum-sealing in reefer-friendly materials.

04

Vessel Loading

Pre-shipment inspections and active telemetry logs in locked sea containers.

Farm Oversight & Calibrated Sorting

Our Quality Control (QC) officers visit growing plots to inspect farm agronomy before harvesting. By partnering directly with grower clusters in Nashik (Red Onions) and regional fruit orchards (Cavendish Bananas), we guarantee the crops are free from heavy metal contaminations and fit for international consumption.

Once harvested, crops enter our packaging facility where they undergo manual and mechanical grading. Red onions are checked for solid neck closure and dried skins. Bananas undergo alum water de-latexing baths to prevent skin staining, while green chilies are graded for consistent deep-green color, removing soft or broken stems.

Calibrated Sorting & Sizing

Sorting Checkpoints

  • Skin Resilience: Onions must show dry, tight outer skins with no premature sprouting.
  • Dimension Sizing: Calipers verify onions conform to ordered ranges (e.g. 25-35mm or 55mm+).
  • Pest Clearance: Crop batches are strictly checked for decay or fungal pathogens.
  • Moisture Control: Dehydrated white onion flakes are tested via moisture analyzers to stay below 5.0%.
Pre-Cooling Preservation

Preservation Protocols

  • Fungicide Treatments: Cavendish banana crowns are treated with food-safe paste to prevent transit rot.
  • Pre-Cooling Tunnels: Bananas and chilies are brought down to their storage temperature within hours of cutting.
  • Gas Venting: Containers are purged and pre-ventilated to clear residual ethylene and heat.
  • Continuous Recording: We place dual USB/Cellular temperature sensors inside cargo pallets.

Active Preservation & Loading Audit

Transporting agricultural perishables is a race against physiological ripening. In our third stage, crops like bananas are vacuum-packed in food-grade film inside robust corrugated boxes to restrict ambient oxygen access, slowing down respiration. Green chilies are sorted into moisture-resistant vent cartons.

Before loading, reefer containers are inspected for thermal stability. The cold chain cargo is loaded under cover to prevent direct sunlight exposure. We log and register every shipment, sharing real-time tracking coordinates, air circulation configurations, and target Fahrenheit/Celsius readouts with global buyers.
